"Knowledge is responsibility." By some verdict of
the fate it was me to whom was granted the difficult
honour of discovering the phenomenon of
telekinesis released technically,
and also the honour of inventing devices which
implement this phenomenon - of the type of
"telekinetic cells", or
"telekinetic magnocrafts".
(I discovered lately, that an electronic circuit
shockingly similar to the "telekinetic cell" of
my invention, was supplying in electricity not
long ago the so-called
"crystal radios".
It was because of this circuit, that the "crystal radios"
worked perfectly although they did not have any
battery nor any other external energy supply.)
Thus I am fully aware that by the same verdict of
the fate, it is also me who bears the responsibility
for the most beneficial for our civilisation directing
of consequences that result from these my discoveries,
inventions, and findings. This is even more important,
because already now I am able to encompass
intellectually various implications that result from
these facts. Especially I am able to predict already,
that similarly to every other phenomenon,
also the technical version of telekinesis introduces
the potential for creating various consequences,
which - if these slip out of control, may turn to be
very disadvantageous for people and for natural
environment with the elapse of time. I am also
aware already now, that in order humanity can maintain
a control over these consequences, it is absolutely
necessary to establish on Earth the "telekinesis
free zone". Therefore, on the power of authority
which the fate invested in me by making me the
discoverer and the inventor of phenomena of
telekinesis and telekinetic devices, herewith
I declare to be the "Telekinesis Free Zone"
(i.e. "TFZ") the entire area of New Zealand in
which I live and which I love, as well as the
area of nearby Australia and Tasmania, and
also the area of Antarctic which is so imporant
for the rest of our planet. Simultaneously
I oblige morally all inhabitants of these areas,
as well as people living outside of these areas,
that for the good of entire our civilisation they direct
their effort into pedantic and patient observing also
these difficult, requiring sacrifices, and highly
inconvenient obligations which may result from
the title of establishing this zone.

This web page summarises the most vital
information about the "telekinesis free zone" (TFZ).

Let us start to learn from mistakes committed by previous generations:
Even a most stupid animal, once it "burns its
tail", will omit other fires until the end of life.
On the other hand the followers of the Darwin's
Theory of Evolution for a long time claim, that
us people should price themselves as being
the most intelligent animals that populate the
Earth. In spite of this, during over 60 years
which I already lived on the Earth until the
time of writing this item, I noted that people
are inclined to symbolically "burn their tails"
tens of times, and still learn nothing from that
experience. For example, already since I
was a small boy, I remember noisy news items
that just another "accident" with crude oil
took place in the ocean, and that it causes
a disaster to the fauna and flora from the
surrounding areas. But the humanity as
a whole still did NOT worked out the more
safe ways of extracting and transporting
crude oil. What even worse, in the meantime
it introduced to the use the immensely devastating
for the natural environment, the so-called
"fracking".
In the result, in 2010 took place the most
catastrophic "accident" with crude oil that
so-far affected the USA - for details see
any news bulletin from the period after
20 April 2010, or e.g. see the article "Monster
slick" from page A23 of the New Zealand newspaper
Weekend Herald,
issue dated on Saturday, June 12, 2010 -
which contains a summary on that slick.
Almost identical situation is with nuclear
energy (see an "accident" in Fukushima,
Japan, described in item #M1.1 from the web page
telekinetics.htm),
nuclear bombs, chemicals, pollution
of the environment, ozone layer, warming
of climate, extinction of rare animals, new
medicines, antibiotics, genetic engineering,
industry, wars, religions, ideologies, etc., etc.
Wherever we look, people in the manner of
most stubborn in the entire animal world
refuse to learn from the past mistakes.
So, although there is a very small
chance for such a time to ever arrive,
that people begin to take any notice of
"voices of reasoning", still herewith I am
making available this web page. After all,
one should start somewhere, while my research
and discoveries on technical telekinesis provide
the humanity with the longest so-far advanced
warning about dangers of this phenomenon.
Let us hope, that this time people who are to
make decisions about the dissemination of
devices which generate technical telekinesis,
instead of the to-date following their greed and
money, finally begin to take notice also of the
good of people and start to consider of what
I am warning here about, and what I suggest
to do as a simplest form of precaution.

Explanations of the terminology for the "telekinesis free zone" (TFZ):
#B1.
What is "technical telekinesis"?
The name "technical telekinesis" is attributed
to a phenomenon which is a technical version
of popularly known natural phenomenon
called "telekinesis", "psychokinesis", or
"levitation". This phenomenon depends
on causing relocations objects without
acting on these objects with any physical
force.
In the sense of principles of operation,
technical telekinesis in an exact
reversal of the phenomenon of friction.
In a similar manner as friction spontaneously
converts motion into heat, this technical
telekinesis spontaneously converts heats
into motion. Therefore it provides a physical
principle for constructing numerous technical
devices, the operation of which depends on
generating useful motion at the cost of thermal
energy spontaneously extracted from the
surroundings of these devices. (Expressing
this in other words, the operation of devices
which work on principles of technical
telekinesis causes the generation of useful
energy of motion. This includes also the
generation of motion of electrons - means
the generation of electric energy. It is linked
with the simultaneous absorption of thermal
energy contained in the environment of these
devices, which (absorption causes the cooling
of the environment of these devices.)
The release of technical telekinesis depends
on acceleration or deceleration of force lines
of magnetic field. The so-called "telekinetic
pull" created during this acceleration or
deceleration acts upon all objects which are
contained inside of the force lines of magnetic
field that are accelerated or decelerated. This
pull is created no matter what is the composition,
consistency, material, or physical dimensions
of these objects.

The phenomenon of telekinesis is connected
with another phenomenon of the wide consequences
for the natural environment. This phenomenon
is the "permanent telekinetisation of
substances". All substances which are subjected
to the action of this unique "telekinetic field" (i.e.
the appropriately accelerated or decelerated
magnetic field) are telekinetised in a permanent
manner. In turn depending on what character this
permanent telekinetisation displays (i.e. whether
this is the telekinetisation of the type "axial", "transverse",
"torsional", "rotational", etc.), substances which
display them become beneficial for living organisms,
or kill such organisms. More information about
permanent telekinetisation, versions of it, and
attributes of it, is presented in subsection H8.1
from volume 4 of monograph [1/4], and also
in chapter NB from volume 11 of
monograph [1/4].

What is "telekinesis free zone" (TFZ)?
The "Telekinesis Free Zone", or "TFZ", is
a geographical area which is protected against
all consequences of telekinetic pollution of
the natural environment. In other words,
it is an area of land, air, and water, in the
boundaries of which there is no release of
the phenomenon of technical telekinesis
nor permanent telekinetisation of substances
contained in there. Practically this means
that within such "telekinesis free zone" no-one
is going to build, own, nor used, any technical
devices which are to release the phenomenon
of technical telekinesis. Furthermore, over this
area no vehicles are going to fly or land,
the propulsion of which is going to work on
any principle utilising the phenomenon of
technical telekinesis.
At this point it is worth to notice, that via this
web page I declared just such a "telekinesis
free zone" over the area of New Zealand,
Australia (with Tasmania), and Antarctic,
in the borders that these islands and countries
occupied at the time of preparation of this
declaration, means on 23 September 2005.
From the history of various zones established
on our planet it is known jolly well, that in case
of establishing any of them, always people
appear who are going to liquidate it. So it is
not difficult to predict that in the future also
huge pressure is going to appear to not implement
the "telekinesis free zone" declared on this
web page. Therefore, herewith I impose
a moral obligation at all producers, distributors,
and users of telekinetic devices, to personally
reassure, that in spite of all possible pressures,
the existence of the "telekinesis free zone" is
implemented by them with an iron consequence.
In order to assist them in implementation of this difficult
task, I indicate here an illustrative example of
the evil which could be avoided on Earth, of only
at the appropriate time people introduced on
Earth and implemented consequently a "pesticides
free zone", an "antibiotics free zone", or a "genetic
engineering free zone". (Please notice that such
zones still can be established in the future on
the area of the "telekinesis free zone" declared
here.)
For the guardians who are to implement this
zone in real life I am appointing all inhabitants
of our planet. Every inhabitant of Earth who in
future is going to work with telekinesis in any
possible way, herewith I impose a moral duty
to use all means and manners available to him
or her, to not allow the technical telekinesis
pollute the natural environment in the zone
indicated here.

Why the Earth needs such a "telekinesis free zone" (TFZ)?
The main reason for which there is the necessity
to establish on Earth the "telekinesis free zone"
is protecting humanity against the repetition of
the same error which our civilisation committed
previously by failing to establish e.g. a "pesticides
free zone", an "antibiotics free zone", a "genetic
engineering free zone", etc.
Our civilisation had opportunity to learn a
countless number of times, that there is no
phenomenon in the universe, which would
have exclusively good, or exclusively bad,
consequences. For example, eating chocolate
is good in sense of taste and energy which
it provides, but is also bad in sense of consequences
for our teeth, inducing the tendencies for diabetics,
or influence on obesity of the society. Similarly
is with e.g. 24-hour opening of shops (i.e.
throughout the entire night). It is good to
have such a shop nearby, in order to be
able to make shopping when in the middle
of night e.g. we run out of beer. But it is not
good to work in such a shop because of the
lack of sleep, and also because of exposure
to attacks of all sorts of night criminals.
Telekinesis is NOT an exception from this rule.
As a phenomenon it will turn a saviour of
humanity in a whole number of applications,
for example in generation of free energy,
in providing people with principles of an
easy and fast transport, in inducing more
effective farming, or in building telekinetic
healing devices. Simultaneously, it is also
going to cause an array of undesirable
consequences described in item #B4 of this
web page, such as telekinetic pollution of
the environment, mutation of giants (especially
if the telekinesis is present at the moment of
conception), or emission of murderous emission
of radiesthesis popularly called the "negative
green" (this generation occurs only in some
version of permanent telekinetisation of
substances from the environment).
In order to comprehensively and exactly establish
the influence of technical telekinesis on people
and on natural environment, it is vital to establish
on Earth a comparison area of some sort,
in which this phenomenon is not induced on
purpose. Only then humanity will be able to
weight all undesirable (and desirable)
consequences of technical telekinesis, and
with the elapse of time learn how to control
these consequences.

What kinds of threats introduces the phenomenon of technical telekinesis:
If someone analyses the phenomenon of
technical telekinesis, his or her eyes are
first hit by desirable consequences that it
introduces for humanity. For example, it
provides a non-threatening for the natural
environment, and clean, method of generation
of unlimited amounts of
free energy.
It also allows for the construction of an
interstellar spaceship, called the
telekinetic magnocraft.
It allows to construct healing machines.
It allows to multiply the efficiency of farming
production. Etc., etc.
But independently from all these desirable
consequences, the large scale utilisation
of technical telekinesis is to introduce also
an entire array of threats. The comprehensive
description of these threats is contained in
subsection K2.3.2 from volume 10 of
monograph [1/4].
But for the scientific exactitude most vital
amongst them are going to be repeated
on this web page. Here they are:
(#1) Abuse telekinesis for military purposes.
An example of the most obvious negative
consequences of the construction of telekinetic
devices, especially the
telekinetic free energy devices,
on which everyone immediately concentrates
most of the attention, is opening a way to the
abuse of this device for military purposes. It is
not difficult to imagine the military advantage
that one side would gain over the other, if its
army would have aeroplanes that have no
limits to the range of their flights, submarines
that do not need to emerge to the surface,
tanks that do not require fuel, torpedoes that
are capable of crossing entire oceans, missiles
(e.g. telekinetic equivalents of present
“cruise missiles”) that are capable of reaching
every distant target and the range of which is
not limited by the amount of fuel, etc.
(#2) Telekinetic pollution of the natural
environment. Technical telekinesis causes
the so-called "permanent telekinetisation" of
the surrounding substances. In turn this permanent
telekinetisation, depending on the kind and
character (i.e. whether it is the telekinetisation
of the type "axial", "transverse", "torsional",
"rotational", etc.), can cause a whole array
of undesirable consequences. For example,
substances which display such a telekinetisation
can be either beneficial or destructive for health
of living organisms. The presence of telekinesis
during the conception may cause the mutation
of human giants. Some versions of telekinesis
emit unhealthy vibrations of radiesthesia called
"negative green" (i.e. the same which is emitted
by underground water veins, and by so-called
"Swiss net" or "geopathic net"). Etc., etc.
(#3) The pollution of our atmosphere with
huge amounts of undesirable, highly-active
ozone. Some telekinetic free energy
devices, e.g. the "telekinetic influenzmaschine"
generate significant amounts of ozone.
Thus the effect of their work would be a reversal
of the present situation with the "ozone hole"
over Antarctic. Apart from such obvious results,
as holding back the photosynthesis in vegetation,
killing some needed micro-organisms, this could
also accelerate the ageing process in people,
intensify the corrosion of metals, rapidly wearing
out and tearing of solid objects, undermining
the processes that keep people healthy, etc.
In the case of especially intensive emission
of ozone, it could even happen that the very
life-giving conditions of our planet can be
undermined. However, there is a solution for
this problem of ozone. It is to use only free
energy devices such as the telekinetic cell,
which do not produce ozone.
(#4) The cooling of the Earth's climate.
There are certain chemical reactions which bind
heat of our atmosphere and convert this heat
into various flammable substances. Examples
of products obtained during such heat-binding
reactions are coal and crude oil. In the event of
the wide utilization of telekinetic free energy devices,
the production of this type of substances would
rapidly grow. The reasons for this would be as follows:
- In order to boost food production, farmers would
heat the soil (after all, the energy would be for free),
thus converting in this way the thermal energy from
our atmosphere into raw organic matter.
- The free energy would encourage heating of
water. This would be done not only for industrial
purposes, and in homes (e.g. in swimming pools
with flowing water), but also in natural water reservoirs
(e.g. for farming tropical fish species). The subsequent
flow of such warmed water to seas would cause
the growth of plankton and organisms which would
bound the atmospheric heat into their organic matter.
- To increase the fertility of the soil, most of the
organic matter currently burnt, would then be
recycled into the soil (to produce humus).
-In order to decrease pollution of the air, and
also because of the inconvenience of present
combustion devices, the burning of fossil fuels
and organic matter (wood) would be stopped.
The lack of a need for conventional energy
sources would eliminate the present mining
and burning of fossil fuels which release
significant amounts of thermal energy bound
in such substances as coal and oil.
In this manner the widespread use of telekinetic
free energy devices would cause the subsequent
binding and elimination of increasingly large
amounts of heat from our atmosphere, thus
gradually cooling the climate of Earth. This cooling
in turn would disturb the ecological equilibrium,
bringing about the return of the ice age with all
its cataclysmic consequences (e.g. geological
changes).
(#5) Changes in the economy of the world.
The other equally negative implication connected
with the introduction of these machines to wide
use, is the creation of an unexpected and rapid
economic advantage that a country, or a block of
countries, having such machine as a first, would
gain over the rest of the world. As the cost of energy
can constitute even up to 80% of the total cost of
some products, having energy for free would allow
the winning country to eliminate all its competition
and in the matter of a few years to become the
world's leading economic power and monopoly.
(#6) The triggering of the explosion of unneeded
production. Presently the production of any
goods is limited by the costs of energy required
for their manufacture. However, when energy
will be for free, producers will be limited only
by the absorption of the market. In order to
increase this absorption, they will apply various
tricks, for example:
- The production of a disposable packaging
which requires more energy and materials
than the product itself.
- Convincing the population (via advertisements,
fashion, social role models, new customs) of
needs which in fact do not exist. An example
of how this is already being done is the multiplying
of various commercially oriented events (e.g.
fathers day, mothers day, valentine's day) and
then putting social pressures on people forcing
them to purchase various unneeded goods made
especially for these occasions.
- The intensification of production which serves
exclusively for entertainment, shows, advertisements.
- The production of increasingly large proportion
of disposable goods prepared for one use only.
In turn such marketing strategy will quickly convert
our planet into a large rubbish dump overflowing
with used packaging, disposable products, one-time
entertainment goods, etc.
(#7) The increase of poorness of the so-called
"third world" and the lengthening of the distance
between rich and poor countries. In the
present circumstances of expensive energy,
the production of many goods at the spot is
not profitable and it is more economic to bring
these goods from other countries. Because of
this bringing, poor countries are still able to offer
to the rest of world at least a part of the resources
that they have. But in situation, when energy is
going to be for free, many rich countries will not
be prepared to put us with the lack of reliability,
with constant problems, with dangers, and with
inconvenience of the trade with poor countries.
Thus, they are rather going to produce the required
goods on their own soil. For example, instead
of importing bananas from dangerous and
unreliable "banana republics", it become much
easier to build heated glasshouses on the own
soil and to produce bananas in own country with
a higher efficiency, higher success ratio, and in
a manner that fulfils all standards and requirements
of the local market.
(#8) The fall and disintegration of the present
concepts of worth, quality, good versus bad, etc.
Because of the to-date high costs of the production
of some goods, our civilization established the
system of values in which such attributes as
permanency, reliability, unchangeability, productivity,
diligence, are appreciated the most. However, in the
case of decrease in costs of production, these old
values will inevitably be replaced by new ones,
more compatible with human nature. Thus with
the elapse of time the production of disposable,
one-use goods will increase. The system of value
of these goods will be described by a different set
of attributes, such as: appearance, pleasantness,
convenience, instantaneity, etc. This tendency is
already observed in many products such as milk
containers, napkins, handkerchiefs, syringes,
shavers, toothbrushes, etc. In the final effect all
products will probably be made for single use
only, as it is more pleasant to always use entirely
new things than second-hand ones. Of course
these changes in the material domain will be
transferred also into the philosophical domain.
Thus, instead of being faithful to an old friendship,
partnership, lover, employer, country, etc., society
will display tendencies for changing everything
into a newer one (it is interesting that already now,
the more technologically advanced a given nation
is, the greater such tendency seems to be displayed).
In turn the lack of permanency and stability is the
beginning of chaos. The above will be additionally
amplified by the desire of producers to increase
the sale of their goods, which will result in the
promotion of a consuming, graspy, lazy, and
egoistic lifestyle, according to the philosophy of
parasitism.
(#9) The unimaginable migration of people,
instability of populations, and demographic
explosion. The fact that people currently
spend most of their life in the place of their
residence mainly results from the costs and
inconvenience of travelling. But when travelling
becomes almost free, and when people can
travel with their whole house and possessions
then everyone will be on the move. Instead of
the nearest shop people will go shopping to
the next city or even country. When they become
bored with one place, they will move to another.
Bad weather will initiate the shifting. In the final
effect, the whole population of our planet will be
in a state of continuous move, disorganizing
production, choking highways and transport
facilities, and making any control over crime,
conduct, morality, health, epidemics, etc.,
almost impossible. Contributing to the above
would be a demographic explosion which would
be the effect of reducing the costs of bringing
up children (these costs today are one of the
main breaks that limit the number of children).
(#10) The devaluation and fall of the present
structures of power. The organization of
countries and societies on the present principles
will not be possible any longer after the introduction
of these machines. The main reasons for this are
as follows:
- The telekinetic free energy devices make very
difficult, if not impossible, the execution of payments
for the energy they produce. Even if the authorities
introduced the law enforcing that newly-sold
such devices must be provided with electricity
meters, these machines are simple enough
for many people to make them on their own,
and enough small to be secretly used.
Payments for the energy used in most of the
countries lie at the foundations of the present
system of taxes. In turn the system of taxes
is the backbone of almost every country.
Therefore, in the face of impossibility of
charging for the energy consumed, the
whole present structure of countries and
governments may collapse.
- The telekinetic free energy devices undermine
the present orthodox scientific and educational
establishment. Contemporary societies raise
numerous objections against philosophical and
moral foundations of present orthodox science
and education.
For example these objections state that science in
the current form leads our civilization to destruction.
By intentional removal of the spiritual element
science introduces a growing disproportion between
technological and spiritual development. Therefore,
an increasingly growing number of people in
the world (including into this number also myself -
Dr Jan Pajak, the author of this web page and the
author of monograph [1/4] - see there subsection
H10), call for the reformation of science and
education on Earth, and for introducing to education
the most vital components of the philosophy of
totalizm
(e.g. the introduction to teaching of some
moral laws,
totalizm, parasitism,
Concept of Dipolar Gravity,
etc.). The main reason for which this reformation
was NOT forced yet upon the Earth's science,
is the lack of an obvious proof that present
science is wrong. But the telekinetic free energy
devices and other telekinetic machines provide
just such a proof. After all, this science right
now not only obstructs intensively the construction
and research on the principles and phenomena
involved in telekinetic machines - for details see
subsection K4 from volume 10 of monograph
[1/4], but openly claims that the building of such
telekinetic machines is physically impossible.
Therefore the wide introduction of these
machines to life will prove beyond any doubt,
that the present science on Earth is based
on rotten philosophical foundations, and this
way probably will release the long
suppressed need for the total reformation
of orthodox science and education.
- The Concept of Dipolar Gravity, from which
the explanation for the operation of telekinetic
free energy devices is derived, reforms also
the foundation of religion. It is because in this
concept, the substance which prevails in the
other world and from which the counter-material
copies of all objects are made, in its natural
state is capable of thinking. Therefore, in the
Concept of Dipolar Gravity, the entire universe
is a kind of a huge brain (i.e. the "universal intellect"
by religions called
God),
in which we all are submerged and which
"hears" all our thoughts - see subsection I3.1
from volume 5 of monograph [1/4]. Apart from
the physical laws, this intellect also introduces
and executes with an iron hand a set of so-called
moral laws.
The best example of these moral laws is the
"Boomerang Principle", which states approximately
that "whatever feelings a given person induces
in others, after a purposely delayed time exactly
the same feelings others will induce in this person").
The Concept of Dipolar Gravity also teaches
that the universal intellect can be objectively
investigated with the use of tools which currently
are domain of science (not religion). In this way,
the dissemination of telekinetic free energy
devices, which represent a physical proof for
the correctness of the Concept of Dipolar
Gravity, may cause the fall of present religious
institutions and structures, and the adoption
of this new concept as a new scientific-technical-religious
philosophy of the mankind.
The country, science, education, and religion
are the foundations of present societies. Their
possible undermining could cause a revolution
of the extend unknown in the history of mankind.
These people who do not know statements of the
Concept of Dipolar Gravity,
or do not know the philosophy of
totalizm
which stems from this concept, may be afraid
that in the course of this revolution chaos and
anarchy could begin to prevail which could
mark the end of our civilization as we know it.
But these who know totalizm know also, that
this introduction of these devices will be a
beginning of the more moral and progressive
humanity.

During reviewing the above consequences
of the wide and uncontrollable spread of
telekinetic devices, in particular - telekinetic
free energy devices which generate the
unlimited amounts of free energy, it is worth
to remember about their dependence on
the philosophy that is practiced by humanity.
Namely, the appearance of the above
consequences in the manner and extend
described here can take place only when
our civilisation is to maintain the present
philosophy called
parasitism.
But if there is a change of the commonly
practiced philosophy, from the present
immoral parasitism into the futuristic moral
totalizm,
then many of the consequences described
here may not appear at all, or appear – but
be easily and fast taken under control.

prevailing philosophy can be triggered
just by the introduction of telekinetic free
energy devices.)

What requirements must fulfil inhabitants of the "telekinesis free zone" (TFZ), and people who live outside of this zone?
In order to establish and maintain the
existence of the "telekinesis free zone",
it is going to be necessary to fulfil several
conditions both, by people living inside of
this zone, as well as people from beyond
this zone. For a full understanding the
declaration contained in this web page,
I am going to explain now what conditions
these are.
A. People living in this zone.
To the basic duties of people living inside of
the "telekinesis free zone" belongs as follows:
(A1)
Do not purchase, produce, own, nor run any
devices which release the phenomenon of
technical telekinesis. On the area declared
as a "telekinesis free zone", practically should be
officially forbidden ownership, production, purchase,
import, or running such devices under any excuse
or purpose - even for research.
(A2)
Do not import nor produce any substances which
display permanent telekinetisation.
Ownership of such substances and their practical
use within the zone discussed here also should be
officially forbidden.
(A3)
Do not allow to this zone any vehicles the propulsion
system of which forms the phenomenon of technical
telekinesis.
The landing of such vehicles in this zone,
as well as jus flight within the atmosphere
or boundaries of this zone, must be absolutely
forbidden. In turn a serious crime should
be the emptying telekinetic vehicles from
anything above such a zone.

B. People living outside such a zone.
To the basic duties of people living in areas
other than the "telekinesis free zone" described
here, would belong as follows:
(B1)
Refrying themselves, and making impossible to
others, exporting or sending any telekinetic devices
to someone living within the "telekinesis free zone".
In fact bringing or posting any telekinetic devices
to this zone should be treated as a crime and
punished by law as a crime.
(B2)
Do not allow that any permanently telekinetised
substances in any manner are allowed into the
boundaries of this zone and polluted the natural
environment of this "telekinesis free zone"..
This zone must be especially well protected
against the access of any substances permanently
telekinetised into its territory.
(B3)
Protect the "telekinesis free zone" against the flight
above it, and landing in it, any telekinetic vehicles.
#B6.
Whether the "telekinesis free zone" (TFZ) is going to be perceived as a good or bad thing?
Of course, every limitation imposed on
people, is for them a source of various
inconveniences and irritations. Therefore
to a part of people living inside of the
"telekinesis free zone", it will be perceived
as a "deprivation" them of citizen's liberties.
Thus amongst the society from the inside
of this zone always such individuals will
appear, which will fight out this limitation.
In fact there are cases in real life, when someone
imposes "immoral" limitations which then are
fight out by various people. In this cases the
"immoral" character of such limitations can
be unambiguously proven with the use of
definition and attributes of "immorality" provided
by the philosophy of
totalizm.
Examples of such civil limitations which fulfil
the totaliztic definition of "immoral" restrictions,
are: the law which forbids shops to be open
on Sundays or at nights, the law which forbids
driving a car without fastening safety belts,
the law which forbids disciplining our own
children with the use of corporal punishment
(such a low was introduced in New Zealand -
for descriptions of it see item #B5.1 from the web page
will.htm),
or the areas where photographing is forbidden.
Of course, in cases of such "immoral" restrictions,
the society has the moral right to subdue to the
pressure of protesting people and to remove
given restrictions. After all, in case of immoral
limitations, their summary influence on the
society is undesirable. Means they do more
damage than good. However, always there
are limitations imposed on civil liberties, for
which their desirable influence decisively
outweighs the inconveniences and irritations
which they cause. As an example consider the
restrictions on smoking or on use of drugs,
or restrictions on showing in public these
areas of our body, or these our life functions,
which may induce disgust in other people.
In the vital interest of the society lies maintaining
and pedantic execution of such "moral"
restrictions.
One out of such restrictions, about which we
already now can prove, that the strict obedience
of it is going to lie in the public interest of entire
humanity, although for these people which it
affects directly not always it will be accepted
willingly, is just the restricting of telekinetic
polluting of the natural environment of the entire
our planet. So independently that for sure always
there will be people who will object this restriction,
still our civilisation as a whole should introduce
it for the good of all people, and should execute
it with an iron consequence.
At the present level of our knowledge it is unknown
whether for countries which are included into this
"telekinesis free zone", with the elapse of time it
turns out to be a good luck, or rather a kind of curse.
(Similarly as it is not known presently, whether - if
antibiotics or pesticides free zone is introduced and
executed on Earth, this zone in long term would
prove to be a blessing or a curse for people who
would live in there.) However, for human civilisation
as a whole such a zone for sure turns out to be
absolutely necessary.
Summarising what is explained in this item, the
"telekinesis free zone" will be a source of both,
beneficial as well as undesirable consequences.
Probably it is going to happen in such a way,
that for people who live in this zone, the immediate
consequences of it turn out to be more undesirable
and irritating, than beneficial. However, from
the point of view of our civilisation as a whole,
the beneficial consequences will decisively
overweight the undesirable ones. Therefore,
in spite that there always be a lot of people who
will try to cancel the existence of this zone, the
humanity as a whole is vividly interested to
establish such a zone decisively, to maintain
it with an iron consequence, and to pedantically
monitor everything that happens in it in a manner
which differs from that in areas affected everyday
with a telekinetic pollution of the natural environment.
Part #C:
Justifications applying to the "telekinesis free zone" (TFZ):
#C1.
Why it is Antarctic, Australia with Tasmania, and New Zealand, which best
suit the fulfilment of the honourable role of the "telekinesis free zone" (TFZ)?
There is a whole range of objective reasons,
for which in my own estimation, such areas
and countries as Antarctic, Australia with
Tasmania, and New Zealand suit the best
out of all countries in the world to become
this "telekinesis free zone". Let us list here
the most important out of these reasons:
(i)
The natural separation from the rest of the world, and
clearly marked sea borders.. If on the "telekinesis
free zone" designate e.g. any European country, then
people who live on the border of this zone and who
would not wish (or would wish) to be included into it,
could resort to various tricks, for example - change
the course of borders, split into two, join another
country, etc.. However, in case of Antarctic, Australia
with Tasmania, and New Zealand, there is no problem
with borders. These borders cannot be changed because
they are defined by the nature and by geography.
(ii)
The easiness of safeguarding of borders. The link of
the rest of the world with Antarctic, Australia with Tasmania,
and New Zealand is accomplished only via airplanes or boats.
Therefore, is it comes to the necessity of guarding
whether telekinetic devices are not smuggled (as "contraband")
onto these areas, in a similar manner as presently
people guard that drugs are not trafficked over there,
the safeguarding of Antarctic, Australia with Tasmania,
and New Zealand will be much easier than guarding
of e.g. any other area or country in the world.
(iii)
The presence of practically all climatic spheres and
natural environments. Apart from Australia,
New Zealand, and Antarctic there no other area on Earth, which on
one hand would be separated from the rest of the world
by natural sea borders, on the other hand would represent
all climates and natural environments of Earth. This in turn
means, that the spreading the telekinesis free zone on
these two countries, makes possible in future the monitoring
of influence of telekinesis on all possible environments
and climates on Earth.
(iv)
The unique nature, flora and fauna. In nom other
place on Earth is such a nature, flora and fauna, like
within New Zealand, Australia, and Antarctic. In turn the main
purpose of the "telekinesis free zone" is to protect
the nature and living creatures against telekinetic
pollutants which could cause mutations and genetic
problems, uncontrollable growth or undergrowth and
generation. Therefore, the most beneficially is when
the telekinesis free zone is imposed onto areas of
these two countries.
(v)
Insignificant contribution of these countries to the state
of technology on our planet, with a simultaneous large
contribution to the production of food.
In turn, the influence of technical telekinesis onto people
will be most noticeable, and thus requiring the most strict
monitoring, just through the telekinetised food.
(vi)
The relatively large area with simultaneous small
population of people living in there. Thus the
benefits from establishing this zone spread onto
relatively large area of our planet, including practically
all climatic zones. Simultaneously, the possible inconveniences
which may result from maintenance of this zone will
affect by relatively small number of people.
(vii)
To date accomplishments in the direction of becoming
the "telekinesis free zone". For example, New Zealand
is the only country in the world, which presently maintains
the "nuclear free zone". So New Zealand has already a
historic tradition of protecting its territory against the
pollutants which endanger it. (The "nuclear free zone"
declared in 1988 some David Longe - the Prime Minister
of New Zealand at that time.) Australia also tries to
contribute noticeably to the maintenance of our planet
free of pollutants and threats. For example, in time
of preparing the idea of the "telekinesis free zone"
(i.e. shortly after 23 September 2005) very vividly
was discussed in Australia the matter of undertaking
by this country the role of "world's storage for
radioactive refuse". This in turn documents
the readiness with which Australia is ready to
add its own contribution to the keeping our planet
free from dangerous pollutions. In my own opinion
the maintaining the "telekinesis free zone" will not
be more difficult for citizens of Australia, than
keeping the safe storages of radioactive litters.
Simultaneously the contribution to the progress of
our civilisation will be even bigger.
(viii)
The fact that I am a New Zealander myself, and that
many my superiors and colleagues were Australians.
This in turn means, that the initiative of initiating and
maintaining this zone originates from inside of the zone.
So it is NOT imposed to citizens of these countries by
an outsider, who would not be affected in person by
consequences of it. Expressing this in other words,
when I declare with this web page the establishment
of the telekinesis free zone on the area of New Zealand
and Australia, i.e. where I live as well, by this I volunteer
myself to endure with all others any inconveniences and
limitations which with affect this area because of such a
zone. So I am the first who volunteers to subject myself
for the good of entire humanity, to all limitations and
inconveniences that may affect all other citizens of this
zone, if the zone is established. In addition, of course
I also accept the awareness, that as a person who
postulated TFZ, both myself, as well as memories of
my existence, will be exposed to persecutions which
one day will eventuate from this idea.
(ix)
The fact that New Zealand and Australia would be the
last countries in the world which would be ready to
promote any research on technical telekinesis.
From the first moment when I discovered the existence
of technical telekinesis and invented devices working
on nthe basis of this phenomenon, I try to obtain a
permission to be able to officially research these
phenomena and devices. The undertaking official
research of these phenomena and devices I proposed
practically every university in existence in New
Zealand and Australia. To each of these universities
at some stage I filled a job application indicating
in it that I would like to do research on such phenomena
and devices. Always the only reply which I received
was a refusal. Myself, I am NOT the only creative
researcher to whom the determination of these countries
to unofficially retain the status of the "telekinesis free
zone" was manifested. For example in New Zealand
the inventor who developed a revolutionary telekinetic
heater that not only immediately boils water, but also
probably telekinetises this water, for over 60 years
continued efforts to receive a permit for the industrial
production of this heater. He never obtained this permit.

Very meaningful treatment received also in both these
countries the inventor of so-called "N-Machine" -
means a telekinetic generator of electricity. A brief

So it is rather obvious, that representatives
of science and bureaucracy of these countries
clearly documented with their actions, that they
decisively do not want to promote on their territory
anything that has a connection with technical version
of telekinesis or with telekinetic devices.

Why I believe that I have a moral obligation, and a moral right, to declare the "telekinesis free zone"?
Problem with the declaration of the "telekinesis
free zone depends on this, that in order it
is effective, it must be declared before these
devices are distributed. Because the first
prototypes of such devices already work
on Earth, the right time for declaring such
a zone arrived right now. (Examples of
prototypes of telekinetic devices are famous
telekinetic aggregates named "Testatica"
and "Testa-Distatica", which are owned by
the Swiss religious commune called "Methernita".

The prototype of such a telekinetic free energy
device is also so-called "N-Machine" which
was made famous around the world by a
researcher named Bruce DePalma - mentioned
in item #H1.3 of the web page named

However, the telekinetic devices which were
the most spread around the world were so-called
"crystal radios" which contained embedded
into them electronic circuitry forming the so-called
telekinetic cells.
It was just because of the containing such
"telekinetic cells" that these "crystal radios"
worked perfectly although they did not have
any battery nor any other energy supply.)
But, as so far, I am the only scientists on
Earth, who carry out a wide scientific research
which incorporate all phenomena induced
by these devices. There is no other scientist
on Earth at the moment, who would research
these phenomena from the point of view of
their mechanisms, consequences, etc.
Taking under the consideration, that I am the
only scientist on our planet, who gained the
awareness of all consequences and mechanisms
released by the phenomenon of technical
telekinesis, and who feels responsible for the
manner in which this phenomenon is mastered
and controlled, I arrived to the conclusion that
I am the only scientist who has not only the
moral duty, but also a moral right, to declare
the "Telekinesis Free Zone" (TFZ).

Consequences of establishing the "telekinesis free zone" (TFZ):

So here is the zone declared - what next?
Of course, I have no illusions that just by
the declaration of the zone described here
for the area of Australia, New Zealand, and Antarctic,
I cause that in fact this zone will be established
and become reality. After all, the actual
existence of this zone will depend on the
will and decisiveness of all of us. However,
I hope that by declaration of this zone already
now, I realize to all interested people the following:
(i)
The actual existence of the phenomenon of technical
telekinesis and the induction of it even in devices which
already were mass produced on Earth, for example in so-called
crystal radios.
(ii)
The uniqueness of the phenomenon of technical
telekinesis and the need to treat it in a special manner.
(iii)
The inclusion of to wide range of aspects into the
phenomenon of telekinesis to be able to identify them,
to encompass them, and to learn control them all,
without the establishing and having the "telekinesis
free zone".
(iv)
The absolute necessity to establish "the telekinesis free
zone" if one wishes to control consequences of the
telekinetic pollution of the natural environment.
(v)
The true interest and benefit of practically every
person on Earth to establish such a zone and to
maintain it with an iron consequence.
(vi)
The undisputable fact that New Zealand, Australia and Antarctic
are most suitable amongst all countries and geographic
areas in the world to become such a zone.
In turn, by realising these facts before telekinetic
devices become disseminated throughout the
world, gives to all the chance that people on Earth
accept the absolute necessity to have such a zone,
and in collective effort they all begin to implement
such zone in real life at the moment when first these
extraordinary devices become implemented into
mass production and distributed throughout the
world. Of course, the most critical moment for
TFZ arrives when the serial factory production of
telekinetic devices is implemented, and when first such
telekinetic devices appear in shops. I do hope that
builders and producers of these first devices are then
going to be aware of everything that is written on this
web page, and thus from the very beginning they
build in into their activities all procaution mechanisms
needed that these devices are prevented from entering
inside of the zone described here and prevented
from telekinetic polluting the natural environment
of this zone.
